Welcome to the Eagle Rock Food Co-op

Stop by, visit with us, and shop at your locally-owned organic and natural food cooperative. Special requests for specific products are always welcome, just let our Store Manager Lisa Tobin know what you'd like to see on the shelves at the co-op.

Vision and Mission

Vision: The ERFC will provide a cooperatively-owned, democratic member-controlled grocery store and community gathering place for the Idaho Falls community.

Mission: The ERFC will provide, when available,

• The finest sustainable and specialty products
• High-quality local products
• Fair trade products
• Organic products
• Outreach and education on sustainable products and practices
• Products from independent and/or family-owned suppliers and farmers
• Customer empowerment through truth in labeling.

Help Needed

We need volunteers to help in the co-op on a regular basis performing specific tasks (delivery help, stocking shelves, washing windows, and more.)
